Agreement with Neurotechnology, Ltd., a worldwide leading provider
of software identification technology, which allows solely to cover
South Korea with all the Neurotechnology, Ltd.'s software identification
products.

Neurotechnology provides algorithms and

computer-based vision and object recognition to security companies, system
