Prices
The Prices for Products shalle be the prices set forth on the Price List applied to Partnership in effect at the time Bruce & Brian Co., Ltd. accepts a purchase order, or on an authorized quotation in force at the time Bruce & Brian Co., Ltd. accepts the applicable purchase order. Special Quote numbers must be referenced on the Purchase Order in order to receive the Special Quote Pricing.
Bruce & Brian Co., Ltd.'s pricing is based on FOB Korea. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms
Customer shall pay all invoices issued in currency of invoice only with Telegraphic Transfer by bank.
The credit line is subject to the approval of Bruce & Brian Co., Ltd.'s Credit Department, in its sole discretion. Orders exceeding US$30,000 or equivalent and/or orders involving custom Products, will generally require Letter of Credit with first grade bank with the order.
Order Processing
Bruce & Brian Co., Ltd. will accept purchase order delivered to it by means of fax, mail service, or electronic means. Purchase Order should contain clear model no, quantity, price, shipping address, payment and etc.
When Bruce & Brian Co., Ltd.receives a purchase order from a Customer via fax, mail service, or electronic means, if such order is acceptable to Bruce & Brian Co., Ltd., it will, within two (2) business days, be acknowledged by Bruce & Brian Co., Ltd. in writing with Proforma Invoice and Bank Information and scheduled for shipment.
Orders usually ship 1 to 7 days, unless a product is on backorder,
whereby you will be informed by email or phone. Note: Orders placed after 6 pm (KT) will be
processed the next business day.
Minimum Order Requirements
The minimum acceptable order amount is US$500.00 or equivalent for all orders. Bruce & Brian Co., Ltd. will invoice the customer for the actual number of Products shipped within the quantity variation limits.
Order Changes and Cancellation
Bruce & Brian Co., Ltd. works diligently to deliver Products in the most expedient manner. Changes to orders may, therefore, incur additional expense on next order.
Shipping
Shipments are sent out from Seoul, The Republic of Korea.
Items in inventory generally are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after
confirming your wire transfer.
Shipping is available to implemente via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, DGA Express, EMS, Nominated Forwarders and LCL via sea. As Pricing is based on FOB Korea, clients bear shipping charge and other expenses for delivery. Accordinly, client's owned carrier account number should be specified on Purchase Order. If not available to have the account number, clients may ask Bruce & Brian Co., Ltd. to add Prepaid Shipping Charge on Proforma Invoice.
Warranty
Bruce & Brian Co., Ltd. warrants each Product listed on the website to be free from defects in materials and assembly in the course of normal use and services. The warranty period commences with the date of shipment to the original purchaser and extends for the time of one year.
Warranty Exclusions
Bruce & Brian Co., Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss resulting from the operation or performance of any Product or any systems in which a Product is incorporated. This warranty shall not extend to any anciliary equipment not furnished by Bruce & Brian Co., Ltd. which is attached to or used in conjunction with a Product, nor to any Product which is used with any anciliary equipment which is not furnished by Bruce & Brian Co., Ltd.
